** Shares of Channel Infrastructure NZ CHI.NZ slip 3.1% to NZ$1.86, their lowest levels since Dec 27, 2024

** Shares mark the busiest session since December 14, 2023, with more than 52.4 million shares changing hands — 122.8 times the 30-day average

** Aussie fuel retailer Ampol ALD.AX says its unit has entered into an agreement to sell its entire shareholding, representing 12.67% in the oil and gas transportation service provider

** Ampol says net proceeds from the sale will be NZ$95 million ($55.21 million)

** Channel marginally up 0.5% YTD, including current session's moves
