** Shares of Refining NZ  NZR.NZ  fall as much as 3.5% to
NZ$0.830, their biggest intraday pct loss since Sept 21 
    ** The petroleum refiner says its RAP volumes for Sept-Oct
were about 37% lower than last year due to Auckland's Level 4

    ** Says its Sept–Oct processing fee revenue was NZ$23.5 mln
($16.53 mln), compared with July/Aug processing fee revenue Of
NZ$23.9 mln
    ** Stock at its lowest since Nov 2
    ** About 389,592 shares change hands, vs the 30-day avg
volume of 272,074
    ** Stock up 56.4% this year, as of last close
