Board Appointment
Further to the announcement on 31 July 2025, Chapel Down is pleased to confirm
that Simon Litherland has been formally appointed to the Company's Board of
Directors, with immediate effect.
Simon was CEO of Britvic plc from 2013 to 2025, leading the company through a
period of growth culminating in its recent acquisition by the Carlsberg
Group. Simon previously held senior leadership roles at Diageo across Great
Britain, South Africa, Ireland, and Central and Eastern Europe.
Michael Spencer, Chairman-designate, commented: "I am delighted to welcome
Simon Litherland to Chapel Down. With his impressive consumer and leadership
experience, he is a strong addition to the Board."
Simon Litherland added: "Chapel Down has a strong market position in an
