Chapel Down Group Plc announces that it has today published its annual report
for the year ended 31 December 2024 and accompanying Notice of Annual General
Meeting ("AGM"). The Annual Report, Notice of AGM, and details for voting by
proxy have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard
copies. These documents are also available on the Company's website at:

The Company's AGM is to be held at Chapel Down Winery, Small Hythe, Tenterden,
