Result of 2022 Annual General Meeting

 

 

At today's Annual General Meeting of the Company shareholders approved the
ordinary and special resolutions put to the Meeting.  All votes were
conducted by way of a poll.

 

The results of polling will shortly be available to view on the Company's
website at www.thecharacter.com (http://www.thecharacter.com) .

 

Dividend

The final dividend of 9.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year
ended 31 August 2021, will be paid on 28 January 2022 to shareholders on the
register as at 14 January 2022.  The dividend for the year totals 15.0p.
