Result of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

 

At today's Annual General Meeting of the Company, shareholders approved all of
the ordinary resolutions put to the Meeting.  All votes were conducted by way
of a poll.  The results of polling will be available to view on the Company's
website at www.thecharacter.com (http://www.thecharacter.com) later today.

 

Dividend

The final dividend of 3.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year
ended 31 August 2025, will be paid on 30 January 2026 to shareholders on the
register as at 16 January 2026.  The dividends declared for the year total
