    ** Appoints Craig Denson, co's current Chief Operating and
Compliance Officer, as interim CEO, effective Aug. 31
    ** Company's founder Andrew Fox resigns as CEO and Chairman
of the Board; he will continue to serve as a director on the
Board and will also serve as a strategic advisor
    ** Amy Hanson, current Chair of Audit Committee and Lead
Independent Director, will assume responsibilities of
Chairperson
    ** Reaffirms our expectation of positive adjusted EBITDA in
the first quarter of 2024 - co
    ** CRGE down 47.7% YTD
