 CHPT.N  drops over 8% to $1.83 in extended trade 
    ** CHPT reports Q4 revenue of $115.8 mln compared with
analysts' estimates of $118.8 mln - LSEG
    ** Company also reports Q4 basic and diluted loss per share
of 23 cents, flat compared to same period last year
    ** Stock is down ~14.5%, YTD
