Charles Schwab strikes $660 million deal for private shares platform Forge Global
Nov 6 (Reuters) - Financial services giant Charles Schwab SCHW.N said on Thursday it has agreed to buy Forge Global FRGE.N, a platform for trading shares of pre-IPO companies, in a deal valued at $660 million.
