** Morgan Stanley ("overweight," PT: $125) expects rising customer engagement, faster product launches and AI-led efficiencies to help support co's double digit growth outlook

** J.P.Morgan ("overweight," PT: $131) expects overall net interest margin to expand in 2026, jumping significantly towards the year-end as Schwab expands its securities portfolio

** "While AI concerns on cash sorting appear to have been the focus of investors today, we see various secular tailwinds strategic monetization opportunities for Schwab ahead" -J.P.Morgan

** Truist Securities ("buy," PT: $120) says, "... amidst heightened concern that AI and other tech innovation could drive a renewed round of cash sorting, pressuring NII, the culprit is a (modest in our view) NII miss of (1)%, particularly as it was margin-driven"

** Piper Sandler ("neutral," PT: $103) says that although it does not expect the planned launch of an AI-aligned product by JPMorgan Chase to impact cash sweep, AI and tokenization threaten to dismantle the frictions that legacy financial intermediaries have historically monetized
