Charter falls after losing more broadband customers in Q2

** Shares of broadband and cable TV provider Charter Communications CHTR.O fall 8.2% to $349.01 premarket

** CHTR's internet customers decreased by 117,000 in the April-June period, compared with 60,000 losses in the prior quarter

** Analysts had expected it to shed 73,240 customers, according to Visible Alpha

** Q2 revenue of $13.77 billion in line with analysts' average estimate - data compiled by LSEG

** As of last close, shares up ~11% so far this year
