** New Zealand shares of Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd  CRP.NZ 
fall as much as 11.4 pct to NZ$0.31, lowest since March 23
    ** Phosphate explorer and developer proceeds with private
placement of up to 4.8 mln units in Canada at a price of C$0.25
per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$1.2 mln ($938,893.67)
