** Chegg posts Q3 rev of $77.7 mln, beating analyst est. of $76.2 mln, as per LSEG-compiled data

** Co pivots to B2B skilling market, expects FY skilling revenue of $70 mln amid AI-driven demand

** However, co forecats Q4 revenue at $70–$72 mln, below analysts' est. of $82.05 mln

** Including session's moves, stock down 40.6% YTD
