** Shares of ChemX Materials  CMX.AX  rise 18.2% to A$0.078,
on track for their best day since Nov. 6, 2023, if gains hold
    ** The materials technology firm says it received an
Australian Patent for its disruptive High Purity Alumina (HPA)
Processing technology
    ** Adds, the Australian patent provides co with exclusive
and legally enforceable commercial rights to the HiPurA HPA
process in Australia which is used to manufacture HPA
    ** 78,439 shares change hands at 0310 GMT, compared with the
30-day average volume of 70,947 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 19.5% this year, as of last close
