Chemomab jumps on FDA nod for mid-stage trial of rare skin disease drug

** Shares of Israel-based drug developer Chemomab
Therapeutics Ltd  CMMB.O  rise 38.3% to $2.70 premarket
    ** U.S. FDA clears CMMB's investigational new drug
application for a mid-stage trial of its drug candidate, CM-101,
in patients suffering from systemic sclerosis, an auto-immune
disorder affecting skin
    ** The trial aims to assess safety and establish biological
and clinical proof-of-concept for CM-101 - company
    ** CMMB had completed planning of the mid-stage trial in
early November last year
    ** In 2022, stock was down 53.6%
