** U.S.-listed shares of Israel-based therapy developer
Chemomab Therapeutics  CMMB.O  rise ~48.6% to 90 cents premarket
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA granted 'fast track' designation to
its therapy CM-101 for treatment of Primary Sclerosing
Cholangitis (PSC)
    ** FDA's "fast track" status is intended to expedite the
review of drug candidates being developed to treat serious
conditions
    ** PSC is a liver disorder where there is reduction in flow
and secretion of the bile fluid
    ** Up to last close, stock down about 81% YTD
