Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or the "Company") announces that it has today
granted, pursuant to The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan, options over
5,983 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to James Mortensen, a
director of the Company. The options will be exercisable in three years time
at an exercise price of 310p per share.
