PDMR share dealings

 

 

Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or the "Company") announces that it has been
notified that, on 22 January 2026, James Mortensen, a director of the Company,
sold 44,615 ordinary 1p shares in the capital of the Company at an average
price of 534.00p per share and subsequently purchased 44,615 ordinary 1p
shares at an average price of 536.34p per share into his Individual Savings
Account ("ISA"). The beneficial holding of Mr Mortensen remains unchanged
following the transaction. Mr Mortensen retains a beneficial interest in
100,702 ordinary 1p shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
