Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or the "Company") announces it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec
Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        21(st) December 2023
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     177,764
 Lowest price per share (pence):          345.31
 Highest price per share (pence):         348.81
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  347.0748

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
