has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly
quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

John Whittle was appointed as Non-Executive Director of BH Macro Limited with
effect from 1 July 2025. BH Macro Limited was admitted to trading on the Main
Market of the London Stock Exchange on 14 March 2007.
