Audited Financial Statements (Report)

Further to the Company's results announcement dated 24 December 2024, the
Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30
September 2024 has been posted  to shareholders.

The Company also announces that it has posted a notice and proxy to
shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Floor 2,
Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 14 March 2025 at
12pm.

Copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at:
