CHESNARA PLC CHANGE OF DIRECTORSHIP

NED RETIREMENT - VERONICA OAK

 

Chesnara plc today announces that Veronica Oak, Non-Executive Director and
Chairman of the Remuneration Committee is retiring today having completed nine
years as a non-executive director.

 

Luke Savage, Chairman said:

"My fellow Directors and I sincerely thank Veronica for her dedication and
contribution to the Company over the many years since her appointment to the
Board in January 2013, since which time the group has expanded significantly
and delivered strong performance.  We wish her a long, enjoyable and happy
retirement".

 

There is no further information which would require disclosure under
9.6.11R(2) of the Listing Rules.  The Company will make further announcements
in due course with regard the appointment of new Non-Executive Directors to
its Board.
