Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Chesterfield Special Cylinders Holdings plc (AIM: CSC) has today published the
notice of its 2026 annual general meeting (the "AGM"), which is available to
download from the Company's website under 'Investors: Reports, documents and
presentations' and will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive
a hard copy.

The Company's AGM will take place on Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 09:30 am at
the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.
