 * Discloseable and connected transaction in relation to the deemed disposal of equity interest in cafe deco holdings limited  0025.HK  
 * Says unit entered into the subscription agreement 
 * Subscriber has agreed to subscribe for the subscription shares at aggregate subscription price of hk$111 million 
 * Says the subscriber has separately entered into the irhl spa with irhl 
 * Pursuant to deal irhl has agreed to sell 40% of issued share capital of cafe deco at consideration of approximately hk$32 million
