** Company sees FY25 net sales in the range of $12.58 billion to $12.60 billion, below analysts' estimate of $12.65 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** Also forecasts Q4 sales between $3.24 bln and $3.26 bln, below estimates of $3.27 bln

** Posts Q3 adjusted profit of 32 cents, beating estimates of 14 cents; revenue of $3.12 billion edges past expectations of $3.11 billion

** As of last close, stock up 4% YTD
