** Co suspends CEO Callum Sommerton after allegations were
raised around the company's use of inside information
** Says law firm Fieldfisher had been appointed to conduct
an investigation into the allegations
** CHLL adds CEO's suspension does not imply his misconduct
and any disciplinary action or penalty
** As of last close, stock down 38.8% so far in 2024
