UK's Chill Brands rises on agreement with e-commerce firm Valet Seller

** Shares of cannabidiol product firm Chill Brands Group PLC
 CHLL.L  up 12.7% at 9.35p in morning trade
    ** Co signs agreement with e-commerce platform Valet Seller
in a bid to expand brand partnerships and products 
    ** Adds it is in the process of negotiating with a number of
third-party brands for the assignment of U.S. retail
distribution rights
    ** CHLL says some discussions expected to result in co being
granted exclusive retail distribution rights for the relevant
products within the U.S.
    ** As of last close, stock has more than quadrupled in 2023
