June 14 (Reuters) - China Fordoo Holdings Ltd  2399.HK  
    * Deal for acquisition of entire issued share capital of 
chameleon ventures limited and its subsidiaries 
    * Unit agreed to acquire sale share, representing 100% of 
issued share capital of chameleon ventures for a total cash 
consideration of hk$340 million 
    * Unit and Huang Weijin entered into share transfer 
agreement
