 * Major transaction - acquisition of the entire issued share capital in kimree, inc.  3318.HK  
 * Pursuant to agreement, co has conditionally agreed to purchase the sale shares for a total consideration of RMB750 million 
 * Says entered into the acquisition agreement with the vendors and the warrantors 
 * Consideration will be financed by company primarily through internal cash resources and bank borrowings
