UniCredit to hold board meeting Friday on Pirelli deal-source

MILAN, March 20 (Reuters) - Camfin shareholder UniCredit 
 CRDI.MI  will hold a board meeting on Friday to discuss a 
possible offer by China National Chemical Corporation  CHCC.PK  
for the holding company which controls Italian tyre maker 
Pirelli  PECI.MI , a source said on Friday. 
    Three sources said earlier on Friday state-controlled 
ChemChina was discussing a strategic alliance with the 
shareholders of Camfin.
