China Construction Bank Corporation Hong Kong Branch (the "Issuer") announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 28 July 2020 (the "Drawdown Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of U.S.$500,000,000 1.00 per cent. Notes due 2023 and U.S.$700,000,000 1.25 per cent. Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme of China Construction Bank Corporation and the Issuer (the "Programme").
The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 5 August 2020.
The Drawdown Offering Circular should be read and construed in conjunction with the base offering circular dated 14 October 2019 in connection with the Programme (the "Base Offering Circular").
