Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

13 May 2022

China Construction Bank Corporation announces today that it has published a
drawdown offering circular dated 10 May 2022 (the "Drawdown Offering
Circular") in connection with the issuance of green bonds comprising
U.S.$1,000,000,000 3.125 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2025 and
CNY1,000,000,000 3.400 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2024 by China
Construction Bank Corporation London Branch (together, the "Notes") under its
U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International
Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 18 May 2022.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in
conjunction with the base offering circular dated 6 May 2022 in connection
with the Programme, which is appended as Annex II to the Drawdown Offering
Circular.

The Drawdown Offering Circular and the document incorporated by reference are
available for viewing.
