Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

China Construction Bank Corporation announces today that it has published
drawdown offering circulars each dated 23 May 2023 (together, the "Drawdown
Offering Circulars") in connection with (i) the issuance of CNY2,000,000,000
2.80 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2025 by China Construction Bank
Corporation London Branch (the "CNY Notes") and (ii) the issuance of
U.S.$500,000,000 4.50 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2026 by China
Construction Bank Corporation Sydney Branch (the "USD Notes" and together with
the CNY Notes, the "Notes") under its U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note
Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International
Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 1 June 2023.

The Drawdown Offering Circulars must be read and construed as one document in
conjunction with the base offering circular dated 18 May 2023 in connection
with the Programme, which is appended as Annex II to each of the Drawdown
Offering Circulars.
