Oct 24 (Reuters) -    TCL Display Technology Holdings Ltd 
 0334.HK : 
    * Tcl display huizhou and wuhan csot agreed to contribute 
rmb499 million in aggregate for increase in registered capital 
of joint venture 
    * Tcl display technology holdings ltd- tcl display huizhou 
entered into jv agreement with wuhan csot and joint venture 
    * Tcl display technology -  upon completion of capital 
contribution, registered capital of joint venture will be 
increased from rmb1 million to rmb500 million
