    * Group will have to source more LTPS display panels from 
TCL Corp Group for production 
    * Revised purchase annual cap of RMB23.3 million under 
master sale and purchase agreement will be insufficient 
    * Approved to further revise annual cap for purchases from 
TCL Corp Group for year ending 31 december 2016
