    * Expects that if global offering proceeds, total number of 
cegl shares to be offered under global offering will be 560 
million CEGL shares 
    * If global offering proceeds, offer price is expected to be 
not less than HK$5.18 per cegl share and not more than HK$5.90 
per cegl share
