spin-off 
    * Co, CEGL, CEBI and CEBS entered into international 
underwriting agreement in respect of international offering 
    * As at date , CE Group is indirectly interested in 
approximately 41.40% of total issued shares of company 
    * CE Group is indirectly interested in approximately 29.17% 
and 49.86% of interest of CEBI and CEBS 
    * Global offering comprises Hong Kong public offering of 56 
million CEGL shares (subject to adjustment) in Hong Kong 
    * Global offering comprises international offering of 504
