CHANGZHOU, China, June 13 (Reuters) - French utility Suez SA
SEVI.PA on Wednesday launched a joint venture hazardous waste
treatment plant with China Everbright International 0257.HK in
Changzhou, in China's eastern province of Jiangsu.
Total investment in the plant was 329 million yuan ($51
million) and processing capacity would be 30,000 tonnes per
year, the company said during a site visit.
Suez already runs 70 water and waste projects in over 20
provinces and cities in China, said Vice President Bertrand
Camus.
