9.4 pct below their IPO price of HK$2.99, and lagging a 0.7 pct
slide in the broader market  .HSI 
    ** China Everbright Water  CEWL.SI , which is also listed in
Singapore and backed by China Everbright International Ltd
 0257.HK , sells 103.97 million shares at HK$2.99 apiece in the
Hong Kong IPO
    ** Co says it will use proceeds to expand project portfolio

    ** Co's Singapore-listed shares drop up to 3.5 pct 
    ** Shares of its Hong Kong-listed parent China Everbright
International ease as much as 2 pct in morning trade

slides 0.03 pct, and the benchmark index  .HSI  eases 0.7 pct
