June 21 (Reuters) - China City Infrastructure Group Ltd  2349.HK : 
 * Ch city infra-(1) termination of original subscription agreement; (2) subscription of new shares; and (3) subscription of convertible bonds  2349.HK  
 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with China Financial International Investments 
 * Company and China Financial International Investments have agreed to terminate the original subscription agreement 
 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with the subscriber, China Financial International Investments 
 * Co has conditionally agreed to allot and issue an aggregate of 262 million shares at subscription price of hk$0.50 
 * Says company entered into the conditional cb subscription agreement with the subscriber 
 * Says subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe for and the company has conditionally agreed to issue the convertible bonds 
 * Aggregate subscription price of hk$73 million for the convertible bonds shall be settled by subscriber in cash upon completion
