    * Co and Hillhouse Capital Management entered into business 
cooperation agreement with MindChamps PreSchool 
    * Unit to subscribe for 4.99 percent stake in MindChamps 
PreSchool;  financial commitment of co under agreement shall not 
exceed S$11 million
