    * Vendor, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of company, 
entered into equity transfer agreement with purchaser 
    * Deal for consideration of RMB116 million. 
    * Disposal of 100% equity interests in target company 
Shenzhen Wisdom Basketball Business 
    * Group expects to record an unaudited gain of approximately 
RMB72 million if disposal is completed 
    * Shenzhen Wisdom Sports Business Co to sell and Shenzhen 
Zhongke Dingtai Business Investment Partnership to acquire
