Brief: China Green enters into placing agreement with the placing agents

 * Says the company entered into the placing agreement with the placing agents 
 * Gross proceeds from the placing will be hk$575 million and the net proceeds will be approximately hk$553 million 
 * Intends to use net proceeds as to approximately hk$530 million for redemption 
of bonds and payment of interest accrued thereon
