 * Discloseable transaction in relation to introducing a strategic investor for green field motor and resumption of trading  3836.HK  
 * Henan harmony entered into the share transfer agreement with Harmony Futeng 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB218.2 million 
 * Harmony futeng will hold 55% equity interests in green field motor and become its controlling shareholder 
 * Application has been made for resumption of trading in shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on December 8, 2015
