 * On 18 may 2016, court of first instance of the high court of Hong Kong 
granted a summary judgment against the company 
 * As per judgement, co was required to allot and issue to pacas shares in the 
share capital of the company 
 * Co is in course of seeking legal advice on judgment and,depending on legal advice received, will decide to lodge an appeal against judgment 
 * As per judgement, co required to allot and issue to pacas shares worth hk$30 
million convertible notes issued to pacas by the company
