 * Voluntary announcement placing of bonds  1069.HK  
 * China agroforestry low-carbon-co and the placing agent have agreed in writing 
to extend the relevant placing period to 13 January 2016 
 * Reference is made to the announcement of the company dated 15 July in 
relation to placing agreement 
 * Placing may or may not proceed" 
 * Says placees to subscribe for bonds up to an aggregate principal amount of 
hk$50 million
