 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the proposed acquisition of the 
entire issued share capital of exceed target investment group limited involving the issue of consideration shares under the general mandate 
 * Company and the vendor entered into the acquisition agreement 
 * Deal at consideration of hk$65mln 
 * Says upon completion of acquisition, target company will become a wholly 
owned subsidiary of the co
