 * Memorandum of understanding in relation to the possible acquisition of joyunited investments limited  8178.HK  
 * Says purchaser entered into the memorandum with the vendors in relation to the possible acquisition 
 * Pursuant to the terms of the memorandum, the purchaser shall pay a refundable deposit of RMB20 million in cash 
 * Proposed aggregate consideration for the possible acquisition shall not be more than RMB200 million
