    * YDUIIC is claiming for repayment of an alleged loan in sum 
of approximately rmb105 million and accrued interest of about 
rmb52 million 
    * Yichang Xinshougang Property Development Co Limited had on 
24 March 2017 received a notice of court from Yichang City 
Intermediate Court 
    * Notice to attend a court hearing in respect of a claim 
initiated by Yiling District Urban Infrastructure Investment 
Company 
    * "XSG intends to rigorously defend its position and is 
currently seeking professional advice on notice"
