 * Discloseable and connected transaction in relation to disposal of 35% equity 
interests in Yuet Sing Group Limited  
 * Unit and Xu Jian She entered into disposal agreement 
 * Says deal at a consideration of hk$145 million 
 * Says group will record a gain of approximately hk$14.8 million as a result of 
the disposal 
 * Unit has agreed to sell sale shares, representing 35% of the issued share 
capital of Yuet Sing Group
